1What’s in the Marketplace
FinChat Pro puts all your WhatsApp numbers, personal and business, in one window on your Mac or Windows computer. It’s free for one WhatsApp number. FinChat Pro with as many numbers as you like costs USD 2 a month or USD 15 a year, with a 7-day free trial. Marketplace tools are separate from your FinAccounting plan: a licence belongs to you, not to a company.

On the product page, pick Mac (Apple silicon or Intel) or Windows.
Use one number free
Link your first WhatsApp number. It’s free for good, no account needed.
Add a second number and sign in
Your browser opens and shows a code. Sign in with your FinAccounting account (or create one free), check the code matches the app, and click Yes, sign it in.
Unlimited numbers free for 7 days
The trial starts the first time you sign in. The app shows how many days are left. Afterwards, subscribe to keep them all, or carry on free with your first number: the others stay linked, just locked.
3Pay with MoMo
Click Buy now and choose monthly or yearly
The page shows the MoMo number, the amount and your reference (it starts with FC).
Send the money with MoMo
Put your reference in the payment message if your MoMo app allows it.
Enter the transaction ID
It’s in the confirmation SMS. Submit, and we check it, usually within a few hours. You’ll get an email as soon as it’s confirmed, and the app updates by itself.
While we check your payment, nothing stops. Card payments and automatic renewals are coming.
4My purchases and computers
Open Marketplace → My purchases to see each licence, when it ends, your payments and the computers signed in. One licence works on up to 3 computers. Changed computer? Click Sign out next to the old one to free its place.
Renewing
MoMo payments don’t renew by themselves. We email you 3 days before your time runs out, and the app shows a reminder. Pay again the same way; the new time is added to the end of your current period, so paying early loses nothing. If it does run out, your WhatsApp numbers stay linked: pay and carry on.
Questions
- No internet for a while? The app keeps working for 3 days without checking in.
- Payment not confirmed? We email you the reason. Check the transaction ID and submit it again.
- Is FinChat Pro part of WhatsApp? No. It works with WhatsApp but isn’t made by or affiliated with WhatsApp or Meta.
